Greenvelopes – eco-friendly envelopes that are strong, durable, fully biodegradable and compostable <3 Greenvelopes are the most environment-friendly alternative to plastic, bubble-lined envelopes in the world!
Greenvelopes are environmentally safe and extremely durable - alternative to the classic envelopes lined with bubble wrap on the inside. Sturdy material and the special construction of the Greenvelopes allow for perfect protection of items kept inside, without adding to the overall postage volume. The eco-friendly envelopes have a special filling, that protects against external damage, while still being entirely biodegradable.
On top of that, our biodegradable envelopes are double eco-friendly. First, they are biodegradable. Second, they are manufactured from recycled paper and their production does not involve chloride. All to minimise the impact on the environment (save the trees by using recyclable cellulose, eliminate any harsh chemicals, minimise the usage of water, energy and materials used during the manufacturing process).

Recycling paper process - did you know?
- the process of recycling paper instead of making paper from new materials uses 50% less water, 40% less energy and produces 74% less air pollution;
- recycling 1 ton of paper saves: 7,000 gallons of water, 17 mature trees, 2 barrels of oil and 3 cubic yards of landfill space, the energy equivalent of 165 gallons of gasoline;
- burning a ton of paper would create 15,000 pounds of carbon dioxide, while 17 trees can absorb just a 250 pounds of carbon dioxide from the air each year;
- building costs of a paper mill that uses recycled paper are 50% to 80% less than the cost of a mill that uses new cellulose pulp.

Different products have different volumes and different weights. We use ml (millilitres), g (grams) or mm (dimensions) to define the capacity unit for our products. If you are not sure about the exact volume, do not hesitate to contact us!
